How we work
Every Adwortise engagement follows the same five steps, whatever the service: audit, plan, build, run and report. This page explains what happens at each step, what you receive and what we need from you.
What are the five steps?
- Audit. We review your website, search visibility, ad accounts, social profiles and competitors, and list what to fix first.
- Plan. You get a written plan: the topics to cover, the channels to use, the budget and the priorities.
- Build. We fix the website, set up tracking and create the pages, ad campaigns and email sequences.
- Run. We publish content, manage ads and social media, and optimize every week.
- Report. You get a report every month, and the plan is adjusted to match the data.
Step 1: Audit
The audit establishes where the business stands before anything is changed. It is free, and it is the basis of the proposal.
- What we review
- Technical health and speed of the website, visibility in search engines and AI assistants, any advertising accounts, social profiles, tracking, and the competitors that appear where you want to be.
- What you receive
- A short list of what to fix first, by email.
- What we need
- Your website address and goals. Read-only access to Analytics, Search Console and ad accounts makes the audit more precise.
Step 2: Plan
The plan turns the audit into a sequence of work. For SEO and content it is built on a topical map. For advertising it sets the platforms, budget and target cost per lead.
- What you receive
- A written scope with priorities, a schedule and the measures we will report.
- What we need
- Your agreement on goals and priorities, and a named contact on your side.
Step 3: Build
Building is the one-off work that everything else depends on.
- Tracking and analytics, so results can be measured from the first day.
- Technical fixes to the website.
- New and rewritten pages, with structured data.
- Ad campaigns, landing pages and email sequences.
Step 4: Run
Running is the recurring work: publishing, managing campaigns and improving what is live.
- Content published to the agreed calendar.
- Ad bids, budgets and creative adjusted every week.
- Social media posts published and messages answered.
- Links and mentions earned from relevant sites.
Step 5: Report
Each month you receive one report that covers every service you use.
- What it shows
- Visibility, traffic, leads or sales, and cost per result, by channel.
- What was done
- The work completed that month.
- What comes next
- The plan for the following month, changed where the data calls for it.
Who will you work with?
Each client has a dedicated manager who is the single point of contact. Communication is by email, phone and video call. Read more about the people on the team page.
Frequently asked questions
How soon can you start?
The free audit comes first. Work begins once the proposal is agreed.
How much of my time will this need?
Most of it is at the start: goals, access to accounts, and answers to questions about your business. After that, expect to review a content calendar or plan and a monthly report.
What access do you need?
Depending on the service: the website, Google Analytics, Search Console, Google Business Profile, ad accounts and social profiles. Accounts stay in your ownership and access can be removed at any time.
How do you report results?
One report each month covering every service, with visibility, traffic, leads or sales, the work completed and the plan for the next month.
What happens if results are not on track?
The monthly report shows it, and the plan changes. We say what is not working and what we will do differently.
