These terms apply to your use of adwortise.com. Paid services are governed by a separate written agreement.
What do these terms cover?
These terms cover the use of this website and the free audit. Any paid service is governed by the written proposal or agreement accepted by the client. If that agreement and these terms differ, the agreement applies.
How do services start?
- Free audit. You send your website and a strategist replies by email with what to fix first. There is no obligation.
- Proposal. If you want to go further, you receive a written proposal with the scope, price and term.
- Agreement. Work starts once the proposal is accepted in writing. SEO packages run on a six-month minimum term.
Does Adwortise guarantee results?
No. Rankings, traffic, mentions in AI answers and ad costs are decided by search engines, AI systems and ad platforms that no agency controls. Adwortise commits to the work described in the agreement and to reporting it each month.
What is needed from clients?
- Access to the website, analytics and ad accounts that the work requires.
- Accurate information about the business, its services and its service area.
- Timely approval of content and changes.
- The right to use any text, images or other material the client supplies.
Who owns the accounts and the work?
Advertising, analytics and website accounts stay in the client's ownership throughout. Content, designs and code we produce become the client's property once the invoice covering that work is paid in full.
Payment and cancellation
Monthly services are invoiced in advance on the first of each month and are payable within 14 days by bank transfer or card. Fixed-price projects are invoiced 50% before work starts and 50% on delivery. Work on an account may pause while an invoice is overdue. Fees for work already delivered are not refundable. Either side can cancel a monthly service with 30 days' written notice.
